Tom has coached high school varsity football, baseball, gymnastics, and track and field over the last 25 years. He has coached 10 league, 11 district, and 3 state champions in Track and Field and was awarded Coach of Year in 2000. For the past two years, Tom has been the Offensive Coordinator at a local high school in which he has trained two 1,000 yard rushers and a 1,000 yard passer. In addition, Tom has coached youth football, baseball, softball, and basketball.
Tom’s specialty is training athletes in speed and explosion, which he’s been doing for the past 14 years. He believes in breaking down the sport and using drills to train the body to achieve a high level of speed and explosion. He will then put the movements together to replicate the movements of each sport on their respective fields.
Many of the athletes he has trained have gone on to compete in college football, track and field, field hockey, softball, lacrosse, and he has even trained an Olympic hopeful. These athletes have gone on to schools such as John Hopkins, Miami, Rutgers, Bucknell, Townson, Kutztown, and Michigan State.
